Cannopy POS provides point-of-sale and business management functionality for retail, wholesale, and other businesses. Depending on the subscribed plan and available features, the Service may include sales transactions, product and inventory management, customer and supplier management, reporting, employee/user access, receipts, payment records, and other business-management functions.

Features may be added, modified, or discontinued as the Service evolves.

You must provide accurate and current information when registering for Cannopy POS.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities performed through your account.

You must notify Cannopy POS support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

A business account may permit access by owners, managers, employees, or other authorized users.

The account owner or authorized administrator is responsible for determining who may access the business account and for ensuring that users use Cannopy POS appropriately.

Where role-based permissions are available, administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate access rights.

You may use Cannopy POS only for lawful business purposes.

You must not use the Service to commit fraud or other unlawful activities; attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data; introduce malware or malicious code; interfere with the operation or security of the Service; misuse another business's or person's information; or copy, reverse engineer, or exploit Cannopy POS except where permitted by applicable law.

You retain responsibility for the business data that you or your authorized users enter, upload, import, or generate through Cannopy POS.

This may include product information, prices, inventory, sales, purchase information, customer and supplier information, payment records, employee/user information, and other business records.

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your data, transactions, prices, taxes, inventory quantities, reports, and other records before relying on them for business, accounting, tax, or regulatory purposes.

Certain Cannopy POS features may be provided free of charge, during a trial or promotional period, or under a paid subscription.

Applicable subscription fees, billing periods, included features, and other commercial terms will be communicated when you subscribe or purchase a plan.

Cannopy POS may revise its plans or pricing. Where reasonably practicable, affected customers will be informed before changes apply to their existing subscription.

Cannopy POS may integrate with third-party services such as payment providers, messaging platforms, analytics services, hardware devices, or other business systems.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Cannopy POS is not responsible for interruptions or changes caused by third-party services outside its reasonable control.

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, upgrades, internet or telecommunications failures, third-party service interruptions, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Updates may be released periodically to improve security, performance, functionality, and compatibility.

Reports generated by Cannopy POS are based on information available within the system and the configuration selected by the user.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Cannopy POS reports are operational business reports and should not automatically be treated as independently verified accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.

Users should verify information where official reporting or regulatory compliance is required.

Cannopy POS, including its software, website, designs, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property, remains the property of Cannopy Technologies Co., Ltd. and/or its licensors.

Your use of Cannopy POS does not transfer ownership of this intellectual property to you.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary because of a material breach of these Terms, unlawful or fraudulent activity, security risks, non-payment of applicable fees, or misuse that threatens the Service or other users.

Users may stop using Cannopy POS subject to applicable subscription and contractual terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cannopy POS and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses resulting from use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Cannopy POS, legal requirements, security practices, or business operations.

The updated version will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date. Where appropriate, users may also be notified of material changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
